Since 2012 I have been lucky enough to work with some incredible clients, and meet some fantastic, like-minded trainers.

Over the years I have handpicked trainers to work alongside me, to reach more people in Quebec, by offering a complete exercise and nutrition package, combining the knowledge gleaned in my nutrition degree with their training expertise.
